I am deeply annoyed and disappointed due the non-receipt of the Sunday edition of San Jose Mercury News. As a loyal subscriber to your esteemed newspaper for many years, I have come to expect the timely delivery of each issue, but the recent absence of the Sunday newspaper has been quite frustrating.
I have always appreciated the quality journalism and informative content, and the Sunday edition is especially important to me as it allows me to relax and catch up on the latest news and features during my weekend mornings.
However, last Sunday, I have been left without my copy of the newspaper, despite no indication of a delivery issue or notification of any changes to the delivery schedule. This has caused a considerable inconvenience, as I have been unable to access the in-depth articles and analysis that I have come to rely upon.
I kindly request that you investigate this matter urgently and take the necessary steps to ensure the prompt delivery of the Sunday edition. If there are any logistical issues with your delivery service, I would appreciate your efforts to rectify the situation promptly.
Furthermore, I would like to inquire if there are any subscription adjustments that can be made to compensate for the missed editions. As a devoted subscriber, it is disheartening to miss out on the content I have paid for.
Please find my subscription details attached to this letter for your reference.
I value my relationship with Mercury News and I believe in the importance of supporting quality journalism. However, the repeated non-delivery of the Sunday newspaper is testing my loyalty. I hope that my concerns will be addressed with utmost urgency, and I can continue enjoying the reliable and comprehensive coverage that Mercury has provided over the years.
